Before: I was overweight, constantly exhausted, and going nowhere in my career. Despite working hard, I wasn’t making progress. Frustration crept into every part of my life. I wasn’t the father, husband, or friend I wanted to be. My body was riddled with pain — back issues, injuries from footy, and general fatigue. I even hoped I had a medical condition to explain why I felt so miserable.

After: Fast forward a decade, and I’m fitter, healthier, and happier than I’ve been since my teens. I wake up energised, pain-free, and ready to tackle life head-on. The difference? I stopped hoping things would magically improve and started taking intentional steps to change my life.
The key turning point was hiring my first coach and learning how to set clear goals and create actionable plans. It wasn’t just about health — I mapped out steps for my career, family, and personal growth. And as I stuck to those plans (adjusting along the way when needed), everything began to improve.
My health transformed, solutions started showing up, and I found more joy and purpose. I became a better dad, husband, and leader at work. Eventually, I began coaching others and watched as they experienced the same life-changing results.
