Making peace with the past is easier said than done.

The repeating thoughts never seem to end. They drag you back to moments and you immediately feel worse. You do your best to not let it show, but that is exhausting.

You wonder how you can show up day after day for others when you can't even manage your own shit.

This is a common challenge for most people as the memories of the past linger.

For example, your dog dies on a significant milestone like Christmas or someone's birthday. While this impacts you at different times, every year on that day, it all comes flooding back to levels that leave you feeling like nothing has changed.

My clients know the memory won't fade but they can get to the point where it no longer impacts them.

How?

It starts with a glance into the future.

This may seem counterintuitive, but unless you know where you're headed, you won't understand why you need to make peace with this memory.

So I challenge you to make a pact yourself now to have the courage to envision what you would like life to look and feel like and if you would love a structure to make that happen, join me on my training next week so you can get clarity on the vision and have all the reasons why you need to make peace with this moment from your past.

Then there'll be nothing holding you back.

You'll stop the repeating thoughts that do your head in,

Have clarity for your future, the specific steps you need to take for your future,

And you’ll finally feel like you've got your shit together instead of continually trying to look like you do.

Hit me up and I'll make sure you have the link.
