What will people think if they find out?

One of the biggest obstacles you'll face when unlocking your future, is the opposition you will experience from people who like who you are now.

It's nothing personal.

They don't want you to change because they're comfortable with how things are.

Read that again. They're comfortable. But you're not about comfort zones anymore.

You're done with them! and, sure, you've got some trepidation about the uncertainty change will bring, but the alternative, continuing with the status quo, is unacceptable to you.

I want to tell you something I wish I'd been told more when I was trying to change. I believe in you, you are ready, and you can do this.

You're done with feeling average and you want more and I'm here to tell you that you are capable of so much more. When you start to change, remember that you're doing this for you.

So it will take courage.

But the alternative is staying where you are to keep others happy.

Take it from a recovering people pleaser, choosing this option won't keep them happy. Their happiness is up to them, and it certainly won't keep you happy.

But then you already know that!

You will never regret investing in yourself.
