A fast way to shift your focus from lack to value and is by pausing to appreciate all that is good in your life. Smile and acknowledge all that is good. The human body is an incredibly powerful piece of technology, the fact that you are alive and breathing at all is well worth acknowledging. Even in your struggles you can find appreciation and you will shift you mood in an instant. Think about the definition from a $$ perspective, Appreciation literally means an increase.
